Tyson Fury faces Deontay Wilder in a second fight
All eyes will be on the MGM Grand Garden Arena on 22 February as Tyson Fury takes on Deontay Wilder in their second bout.
The first ended in a controversial split decision, which was a surprise. Fury is one of the top fighters in the history of boxing, but so is Wilder.
This pits the WBC Heavyweight champion Wilder against Fury, who is a former champion in his own right.
‘Proper Irish Twelve Whiskey’ is one of the sponsors of the fight. Conor McGregor owns that brand and presented a bottle to Fury.
Fury was happy with the gift and claimed he would celebrate after the fight:
“Thank you very much, Conor. Appreciate it, I’m gonna get smashed out me f****** face after the fight live here in Vegas.
“Let’s do it together.”
Fury is one of the best in the business and it will be interesting to see if he can pick up the WBC title and The Ring against his older rival.
The British star has been making the right noises ahead of the fight. However, American Wilder cannot be taken lightly.
The pair have incredible records of not having lost a single professional fight between them.
Fury tries out something different too
The Gypsy King also tried his hand in WWE. He took on Braun Strowman at WWE Crown Jewel and defeated the Monster Among Men via countout. The Fury-Wilder rematch took time to set up as the British star had signed a contract to partake in other ventures.
McGregor has also expanded his empire and has setup several brands. He has several brands under his belt and Proper Twelve Irish Whiskey is one of his best products till date.
