UFC star Conor McGregor posted an incredible picture of him with Chuck Liddell from 2008.
The Irishman is one of the top fighters in the history of the UFC but Liddell is also a part of the Hall of Fame.
The 50-year-old Liddell had 21 wins from his 30 MMA bouts and was undefeated in his kickboxing career too.
He was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2009 and made a return in 2018 in a losing cause against Tito Ortiz.
McGregor claimed that it was Liddell that inspired him to get into MMA, and the picture from 2008 shows an unrecognisable Irishman with a baffled looking Liddell.
The other picture is from a more recent fight, possibly from his win over Donald Cerrone at UFC 246.
McGregor has come a long way since that initial picture with Liddell and is one of the biggest fighters in the world now.
The Irishman is one of the best in the game but is a proper entertainer too thanks to his promos. The Notorious One has also expanded his empire into clothing and alcohol and is one of the biggest draws in UFC.
Defeating Cerrone in 40 seconds was a great return to the Octagon for McGregor. He had lost to Khabib Nurmagomedov in his previous outing and it will be interesting to see who he might face next.
Nate Diaz, Khabib and Jorge Masvidal have all been touted as the next opponent for the Irishman.
