If you are a cooking fan then our Cook Serve Delicious 3 guide is just for you. The guide will help you to improve and become a better cook in the game.
In Cook, Serve, Delicious 3, the story takes place in a dystopian America in 2042 that has been devastated by war, resulting in the destruction of the former restaurant. Cleaver and Whisk, the search and recovery androids, find the chef still alive and offer them their truck to use as a food truck so that the restaurant can remain open. As the game advances, the chefs become part of a championship for food trucks, the Iron Speedway. Here, the chefs complete multiple perfect runs while competing for food trucks to fail their attempts.
With Cook, Serve, Delicious 3, there are some changes in gameplay. With the food truck setting, no chores need to be completed. Additionally, the player can use the android drivers to serve completed orders while other orders are being completed. If you are looking for some help with the game then you are at the right place! We have the Cook, Serve, Delicious 3 Guide that will help you with all the tips and tricks.
A holding station can be found at the top of the screen where you can prepare certain foods and hold them until ready to serve. Some recipes require a holding station to serve, while others can be prepared and cooked without one.
Each dish has a recipe that needs to be followed. If you make a mistake, simply clear the station and begin cooking again. HS dishes are not rated, and mistakes do not ruin the day. Once the recipe is perfected, the holding station is entirely automated. The dish will be prepared for serving after it has completed cooking. Holding stations are also used to prepare side dishes.
It is necessary to include side dishes on an order in order to receive a Delicious rating. These are also used to increase customer patience. Each side dish must be prepared at the holding stations (as we have already discussed in the previous tip of our Cook, Serve, Delicious 3 guide). The recipes are generally fairly straightforward and most take a short amount of time to prepare.
In your holding stations, every unique side dish in your holding stations adds 15 seconds to the customer patience meter once it’s ready and fresh. If there is more than one unique side, a random one will be picked. Up to three sides can be offered, which will increase the customer’s patience by 45 seconds. Once the side dish is prepared, the time bonus is added. The patience bonus is not lost if a side dish runs out or ruins current orders.
You can practice a dish before you buy it. When you are choosing items for the menu, right-click on an item and you get an option to practice. If you have not done a dish before, practice making it before you buy it.
The special order food can occupy the prep stations at the stops, so it’s better to prioritize special orders instead of holding station food. If you haven’t finished with the holding station food for the stop yet, take advantage of this window to finish it.
Their customers will have to wait a little longer since the finished customized orders will be placed in a hot/cold box. You will be under pressure to finish the special orders fast since the holding station food orders can’t come in until you handle all of the special orders if you concentrate on the holding station food instead of the special order food between stops.
There is a hidden serving value on every drink on the menu that determines how frequently its refill appears. Refills occupy one prep station. The same drink can be refilled multiple times. When more than one drink is available, a drink is chosen randomly if more than one is available. Drink refills are not affected by the buzz and they do not receive bonus time from side dishes. One drink is automatically served with every order. While a chore is active, a drink can still be selected to make orders delicious.
There are chores on Work Tickets that aren’t related to food preparation; for example, taking out the garbage, washing dishes, or trapping pests. The number of chores per day depends on the boosters and detractors of the foods you currently have on the menu. Chores occupy one Prep Station, are not affected by the buzz, and do not receive time bonuses from side dishes. Missing or skipping a chore leads to a Sick rating, which substantially lowers your buzz. Therefore, you will have to be careful with that.
In some cases, even with all your holding stations, you may not be able to carry all the food you need for that stop. This should be a good enough reason for you to bring some HS optional foods. These foods will help you to prepare them at a prep station and please the customer if the customers are getting impatient and you don’t have a holding station available.
While the ‘serve all’ hotkey may seem very satisfying to use, if you need some time to add finishing touches to food before serving it, you should take it easy on it. In the event you hit the Ctrl key on your keyboard, you will be served all available orders, which will result in new orders coming in. It would be prudent to complete any orders you need to finish before hitting the Ctrl key.
For example, it would be better to finish all the burgers before serving the gumbo. Using the serve all hotkey will serve the gumbos and possibly increase the number of burgers that you have to finish manually.
Every shift has two rush hours, usually at 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Each rush hour lasts for one hour. During rush hour, new customers appear constantly, and side dishes have a halved patience bonus. Rush hour is totally eliminated in Zen mode. You can play CSD and C4H restaurants in this mode. This is a very important tip in the Cook, Serve, Delicious 3 guide.
As the day progresses, the freshness of the food at the holding stations decreases. The freshness is determined by six sectors so that if the last one blinks, the food is about to spoil. Once the circle is empty, the food no longer can be served and has to be disposed of.
You use one portion of every order for the food you have in the holding station. Even if your hamburger recipe makes use of two or three meat patties, you won’t need more than one portion from the holding station.
That is all we had to offer you from our Cook Serve Delicious 3 guide. Follow the guide and you will have a better gaming experience.
