Mandy Rose took special measures to avoid WrestleMania embarrassment after unfortunate slip
It wasn’t the walk-out that Mandy Rose would have planned for herself at WrestleMania 37. The Raymond James stadium’s ramp had been wet after a session of rain.
And a few WWE stars fell victim to the wet surface. AJ Styles was one of them, but he avoided a fall.
Unfortunately for Rose, she was the one who completely slipped at the grandest stage of all. Her partner, Dana Brooke, did not notice it and continued walking along.
This botch gave the 25,000 fans in the stadium something to laugh about at the expense of Rose, whose partner also suffered an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction later inside the ring.
It was not to be their day at all as they went on to lose in the tag team turmoil match and squander the opportunity to fight for the tag team title on night two of WM 37.
Mandy Rose sees the funny side of her WrestleMania 37 slip
But instead of trying to block out the embarrassing moment, Rose decided to have a laugh about it.
In good spirits, Rose was recorded by Brooke backstage and was seen sanding her boots so that she doesn’t suffer the same fate on this week’s RAW.
Brooke and her even did a little mock-up of the WrestleMania 37 incident where Brooke jokingly tried to walk Rose to the ring.
Of course, it did not happen again. Earlier in the episode, tag team champions, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler were laughing at Rose for her slip.
The latter confronted Jax and she and her partner slammed her into a wall. The two teams were scheduled to go head-to-head later in the night in a non-title match.
In the match, Rose and Brooke handed their counterparts a fair share of their beating and counted themselves out in order to avoid an angry Nia Jax inside the ring, who was incensed after Rose made fun of her for tripping on the apron.
