Once you enter the dungeon, you can spot the Crimson passages. The entire zone of this dungeon is tricky and there will be multiple enemies. Dodging is your best counter against the boss. It will spit poisonous puddles in your path. Avoid standing on them and keep jumping to the other zones.
Khazra throws mulch poison balls constantly and you can only move out of the way to avoid these kinds of attacks. It will pummel the ground and unleash another mulch attack and the puddles will remain for a longer time than usual. The boss majorly uses its arms and performs a melee swing attack.
You can block or counter attack using two-handed ranged weapons. Use crowd control effects like Freeze and Vulnerable to temporarily avoid its dangerous projectiles.
