Explore the Fractured Peaks region. You can go towards the north of the Seat of the Heavens. Reach the dungeon and start defeating small mobs. Once you clear the first set of enemies, you can enter the crossroads. Now, you have to defeat three sets of Skeletal Construct objects.
Use your ranged weapons and skills to defeat these powerful enemies. Your next stop is the four-way junction and go towards the right from this zone. You can restore hp inside the zone as you can spot one Healing Well near the corridor.
Defeat the next set of Skeletons and Ghauls. Activate the portals and get access to the locked rooms. Enter inside and proceed further until you reach the stairs. Clear our small Skeletons that spawn here. Go towards the right side and your final stop is the Flesh Cavern.

Khazra Abomination Boss Fight Tips – Khazra Abomination excels in battles using its Shamana powers. The boss also spots poisonous puddles and you can avoid stepping into those.
Mulch Throw and Mulch Stab are its primary attacks for the first phase. The boss unleashes a melee attack using its arms. It will also throw a couple of mulch balls. Evade these poison puddles. The boss will again slam the ground to release puddles, you can run towards the other end immediately as this will stay for a longer time than the usual ones.
Use ranged and aoe attacks and unleash skills to stun him. You can use special effects like freeze frequently. The boss lunges forward and will also try to stab you from long-range. You can counter attack using your swords.
Use the same strategy in phase 2. You can use Elixir and enhance your skills with stats. Khazra Abomination will use another Mulch Throw attack and this time, the poison puddles circle will be there permanently and you have to stun the boss to evade these puddles.
Drain his two hp bar levels and unleash the final attack to complete the challenge. You can get Gold, Rare Gear and Magic Gear items as drops. Once the Hoarfrost Demise dungeon is completed, you can claim Blood-bathed Legendary Aspect as well.
