Head to the west of Kor Valar and reach the dungeon through any of the available waypoints. This grim sentinel Dungeon is a corrupted fortress. Get through the entrance door and reach the Interrogation Pens. The very first task is to liberate 5 prisoners from the prison cells.
You can find prisoners from their cells in the first area of the dungeon. You have to clear small mobs that roam near all prisoners. Now you can free all prisoners and proceed further in this task.
Also, some of these prisoners are already dead and you have to interact with them after reaching closer to them to liberate them. After you free all prisoners, get to the Tribunal Area. The Tribunal Halls can be found marked on your map.

The final part of the Kor Valar Ramparts dungeon begins. You have to defeat the boss, Knight Council, to complete this dungeon. You can upgrade hp near the healing well before you tussle against the boss.
Boss Fight – Knight Council boss possesses three different knight forms. You have to defeat three knights during the entire battle to overcome this challenge. This three-man boss has powerful magical attacks and it also uses magic and poisonous spells.
The Grand Inquisitor is its powerful form and it excels only in ranged combat. Grand Inquisitor is also a magic user and throws spells. You can use ranged weapons and crowd control effects to tackle this enemy. Inquisitor attacks harder and faster especially at close-range. You have to dodge his attacks and save your hp. You can fight the other enemies and clear them before slaying the Grand Inquisitor.
Lord Commander, Devoted Champion and Sacred Physician are other three variants that appear in no specific order. These three enemies are holy magic users and specialized in melee-based combat.
