Diablo 4 Wandering Death, Death Given Life World Boss Fight Guide – Best Tips and Tricks!
The boss spawns once in 8 hours. You can find him at the Crucible in Fractured Peaks. The other best locations are Sarran Caldera in the Dry Steppes and Fields of Desecration in Hawezar. This Skeletal monster boasts huge AoE attacks and combos. It thrives using its AoE damage. You have to use a strong melee weapon that’s also good AoE range. Drink elixir and go with full hp bars.
The boss has a massive health pool and it gets powerful in each phase. Whenever you reduce its hp, the boss rejuvenates and gets stronger. Carry your best equipment and weapons. You can use status effects, skills and legendary aspects as well. Wear a helmet and enter the battle with maxed Hp to endure its attacks.
Phase 1
Wandering Death starts with a charged AoE attack and a bone circle is formed and it can be highly vulnerable. The circlet will explode and you have to break the bones to escape from an explosion. The skeleton boss has four arms and it will also try to use its claws to attack ferociously. You have to dodge these attacks and stay behind the marked area zones. Once you enter inside, you will get trapped and your hp goes below.
The boss uses its claws and pummels the ground to create shockwaves and projectiles. He will create a corruption area on the ground using his forearms and these slashing attacks can kill you. You can jump to the other side whenever the corrupted zones are unleashed.
The boss next uses charged beams and it will turn around fully to fire thick beams. You can avoid these laser beam attacks or evade them. You can attack from its back ends and this will stun him. Whenever the Skeletal gets stunned, you can charge a series of AoE attacks. Also, use your melee attacks at close-range . You can use any crowd control effects to stun, shock or freeze it for a while.
Focus on reducing its first hp bar and beware of its aggressive attacks in the final phase. The boss will turn angry and will launch raging attacks. You have to wear armor sets and pieces till the end to survive its intimidating attacks.
Phase 2
Wandering Death will again start with claw attacks. Avoid its charged AoE attacks and don’t stand inside the trap. The rotten bones will be formed along with a circled. Stand behind the marked area. The skeleton will launch another powerful attack creating a 4-way corruption.
It hammers the ground using all 4 forearms and you have to avoid those ground claws. The corruption area is formed in 4 zones this time. The boss further launches 3-beam version of Corrupted Beams and you have to evade them again.
You can throw spears and shoot attacks from long-range. Also, use status effects temporarily to stun him. The boss remains focused on AoE attacks and you can dodge them till the end. Overcome these AoE damage and eventually you can make him fragile.
Once you deplete 75% of its health pool, it will be aggressive and will shoot more thick beams from all ends. Dodge these attacks and destroy its arms. Kill all its 4 arms to inflict severe damage. Once you break his forearms, the boss loses energy and will start to collapse. You have to keep attacking till the end and unleash the final damage to win the battle.
