Brock Lesnar’s attack on Dio Maddin from a few weeks ago seems to have riled up the NXT star.

Maddin was on commentary duty and was trying to protect Jerry Lawler before Lesnar put him through a table.

The former NFL star hasn’t been seen since but he performed a bit on NXT before turning into a commentator.

Dio seems to be preparing for a return to the ring and wants to fight in the Royal Rumble.

The former Houston Texans star shared a Google search on Twitter that got many people talking. Dio wants to enter the Royal Rumble as the second entrant and that has a story of its own.

Lesnar takes a tough number at the Rumble

Lesnar came out with Paul Heyman in the previous Raw episode and dropped a bit of a bombshell.

The advocate to The Beast confirmed that the champion was entering the Royal Rumble. However, Lesnar would start the match as the first entrant.

The Champion wanted to highlight his domination in the ring and if he wins the Rumble, it would be an incredible achievement.

Lesnar doesn’t do long fights and starting the Rumble in the first spot could see him stay in the ring for more than an hour.

Dio getting the No.2 spot would be great as he would face The Beast, but it is unlikely that something like that will happen.

There are only 29 other slots in this Rumble and most of them will go to Raw and SmackDown stars.

Further, WWE also reserves a couple of slots for surprise entrants and legends, so Dio getting a pick will be extremely difficult.
