Donovan Mitchell Jr. (born September 7, 1996) is a professional basketball player for the National Basketball Association’s Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA). He was chosen 13th overall in the first round of the 2017 NBA draught. He has appeared in three NBA All-Star games.
He attended the University of Louisville and was named first-team all-ACC in 2017. He was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team as a rookie with the Utah Jazz in 2018 and won the Slam Dunk Contest. In 2022, the Jazz traded him to the Cavaliers.
