Here are a few tips for Dragon Age Origin to help you experience smooth gameplay. Our guide will help you out and get started in the game.
The fantasy role-playing game Dragon Age: Origins, formerly known as Dragon Age, is designed for a single player. The video game was initially launched for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 on November 3, 2009. It is a single-player game that Ray Muzyka, co-CEO of BioWare, refers to as the “spiritual successor” to the Baldur’s Gate series.
As one of the final members of a legendary order of guardians, you take the role of Grey Warden. You have been selected by fate to bring the divided regions together and finally defeat an archdemon in the face of the return of an old enemy and the kingdom being wiped out by civil war. You will be asked to choose your race which is Human, Elf, or Dwarft followed by choosing your class Warrior, Mage, or Rogue before you begin your quest. After that, everything is up to you. Your path through the Ninth Age: The Dragon Age is determined by the decisions you make.
Below are the tips and tricks to keep in mind before you start your journey in Dragon Age: Origins.
Dragon Age: Origins is a very unpredictable game in terms of its difficulty level. Enemies of different strengths are put together with one another at any random location and anything unexpected can happen during the battle. The game has the feature to auto-save before boss fights and other important choices that you will be making in the game. So we suggest that you manually save your data every 10 or 15 minutes or after each game you play.
In order to win the game it is very important that your characters have the best equipment equipped on them at all times. This includes Weapons, armor, and accessories. If you are wondering how to equip these items for your character, the powerful gear items can be bought from various merchants using the in-game money that you will find on your way in the dungeons or on dead bodies or can be earned from side quests.
However, it’s not necessary that you equip all your characters with top-notch equipment just your active character needs to be upgraded from time to time if you’re going to use them in your battle. You can even earn money by selling off the old items and getting a new one in exchange for your character whenever required.
Dragon Age Origin does not let you grind to level up in the game. Unfortunately, you can’t do many things to grind your level up in Dragon Age Origin. All the things that you achieve in the game can only be accessed once and cannot be drawn again for example if you completed a map you can’t go back to it again, If you have defeated an enemy once you can’t go back to fight it again, if you have opened the treasure chest once it’s open forever. So you don’t have many avenues to go back and play the same missions again to enhance in the game or gain more experience points. So this would mean that you will have to maximize your XP to get the highest experience points on your first attempt which will allow your character to upgrade much faster. Try to get all the codex entries you find, get all locks you find, Disable each and every tramp you come across, and last but not least to kill all the enemies.
There will be times when you come across random encounters on the world map so when you do, you won’t be fighting powerful enemies but you can always gain some xp points.
To be efficient each time you fight your enemies it’s better to swap your party whenever possible. Don’t get used to one kind of party because that would mean you have become very comfortable with one fight style. Certain characters and classes will give you a better edge in certain situations so it’s better to keep swapping party members often to see who benefits you the best for each gameplay. This would also give you a chance to explore all the characters and decide for yourself which character suits the best for your gameplay.
As mentioned above, side quests also play an important role in upgrading a player and helping them gain experience in the game. Side quests are the best way to gain experience outside of the game’s main story as they would let you explore things that you would not be able to explore otherwise. And not just experience it would also give you money which could benefit you to upgrade in the game. However, side quests are always not necessarily brief but are easy to complete so it’s worth spending time on these quests.
These are all the tips to keep in mind if you are new to the game Dragon Age: Origins. Even if you figure out how to crack the main quest storyline it is always beneficial to keep these points in mind so that you can upgrade in the game much quicker than others and don’t get bored being stuck on the same level.
