Andrew Tate lashes out at people who claim they “don’t have time” to workout

Although he is currently in a Romanian prison on charges of human trafficking, rape, and money laundering, it does not appear that Andrew Tate’s notoriety as a misogynist and influencer of the highest order has suffered in the least bit as a result of his incarceration.

Tate was briefly the most Googled guy on the earth in 2022, and he still generates massive amounts of web traffic and amasses billions of TikTok followers to this day. Although he is currently behind bars awaiting trial, his impact on British youth has not faded. There, allegations of educators griping about students acting out in juvenile sexism because of his never-ending stream of social media soundbites are commonplace.

Tate is impatient, and despite his lawyers’ best efforts, none of his brothers has been released from jail yet. His “coaching” services are geared for young guys who aspire to live like Andrew Tate but don’t know how to get there on their own. Many of them will protect him against any criticism, suggesting they don’t care about his conduct or potential criminality. The disgraced influencer is making the most of his time behind bars by taking use of the various perks that are standard in Romanian prisons.

Most recently, he lashed out at people who claim that they do not find to workout. In a tweet, he wrote:

“If you don’t “have time” to exercise.  You don’t have time to improve the only vessel with which you experience the world and to prolong your life as a whole.  Then please tell me. What is it you DO have time for?”

What is Andrew Tate’s prison workout routine?

On December 29th, police arrested 36-year-old Tate and his 30-year-old brother Tristan in connection with an investigation into human trafficking, rape, and organised crime.  The former kickboxer recently complained on Twitter about his prison life, while also detailing his routine of 500 squats and 500 press-ups every day.

And since Tate has “very limited freedom of action,” he walks 10 kilometres around his little call.

However, he claimed to get “thousands of emails” per day in detention in yet another diatribe delivered to his subscribers via email.

“Every single day, I do 500 squats. 500 push-ups. Practice my tiger paw technique. Walk 10km.”
