All you need to know about the trending meme ‘Who invited my man blud,’ how it originated, and all the related details.

Who invited my man blud is a catchphrase used to poke fun at people who aspire to belong to a certain group (such as a sports team) but aren’t even a part of it despite trying hard. Most often, the person is called “Blud,” and a red circle is exhibited on their wrist. Drake’s photo wearing the same warm-ups as the Kentucky NCAA basketball team has become the most popular meme in the trend.

Adidas Football’s YouTube account published a video titled “Welcome to Speedfulness | X Speedflow Experience” on June 20, 2021, announcing the launch of their new partnership. A Zoom call with many professional players, including Scott McTominay, Karim Benzema, and Mohamed Salah, was seen in the YouTube video. Over the course of a year, the video acquired over 152,100 views.

A Manchester United player named Scott McTominay was circled in the screenshot of the Adidas Zoom call that an unidentified meme maker tweeted on iFunny sometime in late 2021 with the caption, “Who invited my man blud?”. On August 5th, 2021, Twitter user M Shass posted the first known instance of the meme with the description, “Arsenal in the race to sign Messi.” In a year, the tweet earned more than 950 likes.
