The police arrested Tim Norman for organizing and conspiring with the plan to kill his nephew Andre Montgomery Jr. in the year 2016. He allegedly hired a killer to murder his nephew. Upon investigation, it was revealed that the murder was set up to get money from the nephew’s insurance company, which was around $450,000.
Tim’s mother, Robbie Montgomery is a well-known American Soul Singer. She pleaded to the Honourable District Judge Ross on 19th February asking mercy for her son. She added, “My name is Robbie Montgomery. I am the mother of lames Timothy Norman, an inmate who is coming before you for sentencing in a few days.”
“I am writing to you to ask for mercy for my son. As a mother, I am devastated that my son has been accused and convicted of the crimes. But I am pleading to God through you for mercy. Tim is my only living son. I lost my other son to violence in the streets of Los Angeles when Tim was only 15 years old.”
The attorneys of Tim Norman tried their best to submit letters from family and friends pleading for an emotional turn-around in sentencing. The District Judge still decided to give Tim Norman two life sentences. He called it, “a cold-blooded, incredibly premeditated, planned execution of your nephew.”
The killer hired by Tim Norman, Travell Anthony Hill accepted his felony and revealed that he shot Andre Montgomery Jr. in exchange for a lowly $5000. He additionally paid Terica Taneisha Ellis a whopping $10,000 for finding his nephew and telling Anthony Hill his location.
