Love Island’s Cely and Johnny breakup – Cely Vazquez and Johnny Middlebrooks recently shared a heart-wrenching message, announcing their separation.
While sharing the news, Cely Vazquez took the fans’ hearts away saying how she considered them a close part of her relationship. The statement was put forward on social media, describing their reasons and requesting some privacy during a difficult time.
Middlebrooks, 22, and Vazquez, 24 seemed at peace since both didn’t shy away from respectfully sharing the news and mentioning how much they ‘cherished’ their time spent together. However, as they said, the relationship was indeed a public affair and speculations regarding what went wrong followed in abundance soon after the rumors hit the netizens.
The post acknowledged the speculations that would follow quoting the reasons for their separation. The Vazquez announcement read, “Because you’ve all been such a close part of our relationship, I wanted to share with you that Johnny and I are no longer together.”
She further added, “While our relationship has been public from the start, I do ask that you respect this decision and our privacy during this time.”

The request and the heartbreak seemed genuine, but the reasons haven’t been quoted as expected. However, she accepted that the separation was meant to lead them toward a new path in life. “There is no reason to speculate, I am so thankful for our time together, but now it’s simply time for each of us to focus on our personal journey,” she continued.
Middlebrooks also mentioned that they had an unforgettable journey together. They thanked each other, especially on social media and presented a few posts from their past. Vazquez’s post was followed by her happy photos with Calvin Cobb and Justine Ndib laughing away and spending an amazing time in Malibu.
Bit of a mess, as the series of posts and events seem to be, there’s only past documentation left of the Middlebrooks-Vazquez relationship.
