XO Kitty talks about the life of Kitty, who is Lara Jean’s sister, from the Netflix original ” To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before”. In the first season, we are presented with the plight of Kitty, who Anna Cathcart plays, and we witness Kitty trying to maneuver her way through love and relationships.
Kitty was in love with Dave, so she relocated to Seoul to be with him, but she realized that he was cheating on her. Later on in the series, we are presented with Kitty’s feelings for Yuri, the girl who was involved with her boyfriend. Kitty’s relationship with Min Ho has not been a friendly one, and throughout the series, they are preoccupied with a series of ups and downs. Still, she eventually realizes that Min Ho has a soft side to him, and Min Ho confesses her feelings to Kitty, leaving her puzzled.
In another series of episodes, we witness Kitty catching feelings for Yuri, but she realizes that Yuri is in love with Juliana and moves on in her life. Lastly, even though Dae tries to win back her affection, she realizes that Dae is not the one for her. Kitty does not end up with anyone in the series, and she remains single at the end.
What happens to her in XO Kitty?
In XO Kitty, the protagonist, Kitty, does not end up with anyone, and she mentions to Dae that she has feelings for someone else. Dae mistakes that person for Min Ho and engages in a fight with him when Kitty clarifies that Min Ho is not the one.
Kitty tells Dae that he has feelings for Yuri, and upon being asked why she got back to him, she tells him how she was concerned about her sexuality. Jina tells Professor Lee that she didn’t tell him about her pregnancy because she didn’t want to give up on her dreams of being a singer. Kitty is concerned about her feelings towards Yuri and seeks guidance from her father.
Later on, Kitty gets expelled in the episode for violating the school rules by staying in the boy’s dorm. After being expelled, she packs to go back to her home, and at the airport, she meets Jina, who hands over her mother’s letters, and Kitty hands over a playlist to Jina that her mother left behind.
Dae finds out about Kitty’s expulsion and gets the opportunity to confess his feelings, but Kitty decides to part ways with him. In the end, Kitty runs into Min Ho, who confesses his feelings to her, and before Kitty could give a reaction, the series comes to an end.
