Ruby Franke has been arrested on the grounds of child abuse, where a young child was found with open wounds, was malnourished, and had duct tape tied all over his hands.

The child jumped from the window of the house of Ruby’s business partner, Jodi Hilderbrandt, with whom she founded their business venture, “ConneXions”. It has been said that there were two children who were found at Jodi’s residence; one who was tied up ran to the neighbors and asked for food and water; and there was a second child who was found too, and he was immediately rushed to the hospital.
