What is the Scribing System?
For ESO, the Scribing system lets users create their own unique skills, so transforming the game. How to Complete the Scribing Meta-Achievement
You must finish the Scribing meta-achievement known as “Inheritor of the Scholarium” to be claiming your multi rider mount. This entails completing six total quests in the Scribing questline and returning the Scholarium to its former splendor.
When Can You Start?
For PC/Mac users, the Anniversary Spotlight – ESO Gold Road runs from June 3 to July 1; for console players, it runs from June 18 to July 16.
