After a nail biting Formula One race weekend last time around at the Brazilian GP, the Formula One action will be returning this weekend for the Qatar GP 2021. Fans are getting treated with one of the best championship battles ever and it looks to continue at Doha.
It is worth noting that this is the first time that Qatar is hosting a Formula One race. The teams as well as the fans are not aware of how the usual conditions are at the Losail Circuit. Which makes it ever so important to take a look at the weather prediction for this weekend. Lewis Hamilton gave a remarkable performance at the Brazilian GP 2021. Having started the weekend from the last position moving up to 5th to start the race and eventually winning the race. It was truly a weekend to remember for the Brit.
His win saw the gap between him and Max Verstappen come down to 14 points. With the momentum by his side, the Brit would be hopeful of repeating the same at the Qatar GP. On the other hand, Verstappen has the job to keep Hamilton behind him by any means. The Dutch has a good lead on top of the championship standings and needs to do everything he can to avoid Hamilton further closing the gap.
This year’s title race is certainly turning out to be the one to remember for the ages. With only two races remaining after the Qatar GP, the race for the driver’s championship is most definitely on.
