The Marina Bay Street Circuit is a 5.063 km long track in a harbourside location similar in style to the Circuit de Monaco and the Valencia Street Circuit. The circuit holds a unique record of having at least one safety car appearance in every race to date. It is an FIA Grade I licensed circuit with a crowd capacity of 90,000.

Sebastian Vettel is the most successful driver in the history of the Singapore Grand Prix with a record five wins to his name. Ferrari and Mercedes are the joint most successful constructors with four wins each. Interestingly, Kevin Magnussen’s lap timing of 1:41.905, while driving a Haas VF-18 in the 2018 Singapore Grand Prix is the official race lap record at this GP.
