The FIA Prize-Giving gala was attended by various motorsport stars across F1, F2 and F3
This year’s FIA prize-giving Gala held in Bologna, Italy was a grand occasion and attended by all the big names of the motorsport fraternity. Max Verstappen and Red Bull were awarded their drivers’ and Constructors’ championship trophies respectively in an event attended by most of the F1 stars and their partners. F2 champion Felipe Drugovich, F3 champion Victor Martins and FIA rookie of the year, Zane Maloney were also handed over their respective trophies during the ceremony.
The event was hosted by FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem and provided a fitting climax to the FIA’s Annual General Assembly Week and the 2022 racing season. An audience of 1,000 guests celebrated the outstanding performers and performances of 2022. In addition to the confirmation of the Championship titles, a number of other awards were presented, celebrating not just the world champions and their teams but also the many people who make the sport what it is.
