Pierre Gasly has unveiled his new helmet ahead of the pre-season testing later this week. Gasly will make his debut for Alpine after making a move from AlphaTauri at the end of the 2022 season. The Frenchman will partner with fellow French driver Esteban Ocon at the Alpine team in the upcoming season. With just a few days for the pre-season run in Bahrain, Gasly has finally revealed his helmet design for the new season, and it has received mixed reactions.
The new helmet primarily features a golden colour with borders in white. While many fans liked the look of the design some fans didn’t like the colour combination. Meanwhile, Gasly’s new team-mate Esteban Ocon has already revealed his helmet for the season and it comes in a classy colour scheme of red and black.

“I don’t think Gasly has ever had a good looking helmet”, read a tweet.
“Well…its certainly bold to say the least, the gold accent to it yeah maybe a bit heavy on it but its good he carries the AH of Antoine Hubert thats really nice to see and his PG10 logo too.But also with JB17 as a mark of respect to Jules Bianchi too, so double tributes to both lost drivers of the sport”, commented another fan.
Another fan wrote: “Reminds me of French football world cup team jerseys with gold numbers. They of course unlike Gasly have been world champions.”
