“Goated helmet for the goat” – Fans react to Lewis Hamilton’s new helmet for the 2023 season

Lewis Hamilton will be aiming for a record 8th F1 Championship title during the 2023 season – fans reacted to his new helmet.

Lewis Hamilton has revealed the first look of his brand-new helmet for the upcoming season and fans seem to love it. The Mercedes driver shared a glimpse of his outfit and helmet a couple of days back on social media. He took to Instagram to post a close-up snap of a yellow-and-purple helmet with trim in blue and red.

“2023 HELMET – Going with both yellow and purple this year. Love how they look together and how sick it looks against the black car. Keeping the rainbow accents too, always”, Hamilton wrote on Instagram.

The colour combination of the new helmet appears to be a blend of the last two seasons. In 2021, he had a mainly purple helmet while last year’s model was predominantly yellow. It remains to be seen if the helmet will work as a lucky charm for Hamilton during the upcoming season.
