Here’s everything you need to know about the list of sponsors each F1 team has for the 2023 season
Formula One is one of the most popular sporting events across the World and it is no surprise that the sport always has an ample number of sponsors in its roster. In the recent past, crypto sponsors have dominated F1 besides the traditional companies. Statistics and data show that around 80 per cent of Formula One teams have at least one cryptocurrency partner, in addition to Formula One Group itself, which has a $100 million deal with Crypto.com. The logos of the sponsors are clearly visible on the car livery and drivers’ uniforms. Let us now take a detailed look at the number of sponsors each F1 team has for the 2023 season.
1. Alfa Romeo – Alfa Romeo’s title sponsor is Stake. Besides the primary sponsor, the team has several co-sponsors including top brands like Accelleron, Additive Industries, AMX, Assos, AximTrade, Camozzi, Cielo, Ciesse Piumini, Code Zero, Corinthian Re, Curam Domi, Delsey, Edelweiss, Seagate and Puma among others.
2. Alpine – The French team are sponsored by the well-recognised BWT company and is officially known as the BWT Alpine F1 team for sponsorship reasons. Some of the other sponsors in their roster include 3D Systems, Alpinestars, Alpine Eyewear, Bell & Ross, Binance, Boeing, British Petroleum, Castrol and Yahoo.
3. AlphaTauri – The Red Bull-owned team roped in PKN Orlen as their primary sponsor ahead of the 2023 season. Co-sponsors of Alpha Tauri are Buzz, Carl Friedrik, Epicor, FlexBox, GMG, P448, Pirelli, Randstad, RapidAPI, Ravenol, Riedel, Siemens and XMTrading.
4. Aston Martin – Aston Martin are one of the most popular F1 teams. Their primary sponsor is Cognizant and other partners include Alpinestars, AvaTrade, Bombardier, Boss, Citi, Crypto.com, ebb3, EPOS, Girard-Perregaux, Globe-Trotter, JCB, Juniper Networks, NetApp, Oakley.
5. Ferrari – Ferrari are an iconic team but they do not have a title sponsor for the 2023 F1 season. However, they do have a long list of co-sponsors which include AWS, Bang & Olufsen, Bell Helmets, Bitdefender, Brembo, CEVA Logistics, Ecopol, Estrella Galicia 0.0, Frecciarossa, Garrett, Genesys, Giorgio Armani, Harman Automotive and HCL Software among others.
6. Haas – Haas roped in MoneyGram as their title sponsor on a three-year deal in 2022. Their other partners are Alpinestars, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Haas Automation, Haas Tooling, Hantec Markets, Oakberry, OpenSea, Palm Angels, Pirelli, Schuberth, Taittinger, TravisMathew, Tricorp Workwear.
7. McLaren: The Woking-based team’s principal sponsor is OKX. They have a long list of co-sponsors which includes AkzoNobel-Sikkens, Alteryx, Arrow Electronics, Android, Ashurst, British American Tobacco, Cadence, Castore, Chrome, CNBC, Coca-Cola, Darktrace, Dell Technologies, Deloitte, DeWalt, DP World, EasyPost, FAI Aviation Group, FxPro, Goldman Sachs, Gopuff, Hilton, Immersive Labs, Jack Daniel’s, KAUST and Logitech among others.
8. Mercedes: Mercedes’ title sponsor is Petronas while their principal partner is Ineos. Their other partners are Akkodis, AMD, CrowdStrike, Eight Sleep, Einhell, Endless Brake Technology Europe AB, Fastly, G42, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, IWC Schaffhausen, Marriott Bonvoy, mCloud, Monster Energy, Nuvei, OZ Racing, Pirelli, Police, Puma, Pure Storage, Sherwin Williams, Snapdragon, Solera, TeamViewer, Tommy Hilfiger and UBS.
9. Red Bull – The reigning champions are sponsored by Oracle as the title sponsor. 10. Williams – Williams do not have a title sponsor but have a number of co-sponsors in their roster including Acronis, Bremont, Broadcom Software, Crew Clothing Company, Dorilton Ventures, Dtex, Duracell, Financial Times, Gulf, KX, Life Fitness, Michelob Ultra, OMP, Pirelli, PPG, PureStream, Spinal Injuries Association, Stephens, Umbro and Zeiss.
