Take a look at how Lance Stroll and Sebastian Vettel compared against each other in 2021
Four time world champion Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll teamed up for the first time in 2021. Upon Vettel’s move to Aston Martin from Ferrari, a lot was speculated upon how Stroll would perform with the seasoned veteran of the sport. Even though both racers were not able to produce amazing numbers, there were a lot of positives to take from the last season.
Formula One’s official Twitter page recently shared a post comparing Vettel and Stroll against each other in the 2021 season. While it is no surprise that Vettel finished the season higher than Stroll, here’s a detailed comparison.

Vettel finished the season at 12th position with 43 points whereas his teammate was just below him at 13th with 34 points. It will be interesting to see how they perform against each other and especially other drivers in the 2022 season.
Sebastian Vettel won the 2021 F1 overtaking award
The 2021 F1 season witnessed the introduction of a new award, the Crypto.com Overtake Award. The German overtook 132 times in the 22 races across the 2021 F1 season. Alpine’s Fernando Alonso was second to Vettel with 128 overtakes. Vettel will look to return stronger next season as 2021 was disappointing when compared to his sky-high standards.
