Mick Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel are very close to each other and share a tremendous amount of mutual admiration
German drivers Mick Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel will drive together for Team Germany at the Race of Champions (ROC) event in Sweden. The ROC is an international motorsport event which features some of the world’s best motorsport talents. It is the only competition in the world where we can see multiple stars from Formula One, World Rally Championship, IndyCar and NASCAR compete against each other, going head-to-head in identical cars.
The news was confirmed by ROC Sweden’s official handle on Twitter. Both Schumacher and Vettel won’t have a full-time part in F1 next season. While Vettel has officially announced retirement from F1, Schumacher lost his full-time seat at Haas to Nico Hulkenberg. However, Schumacher will have a part to play as a reserve driver for Mercedes.
Let us take a look at some of the reactions from fans on Twitter.
“Seb better be preparing for opening champagne bottles himself instead of throwing snow”, joked a fan.
