Red Bull Honda set to introduce new livery for the Turkish GP 2021
It has recently been announced by Red Bull and Honda that they will feature a new liveries for both Red Bull and AlphaTauri cars for the upcoming Turkish GP this weekend. Red Bull team also shared a video teasing what it would look like and said:
“Something’s looking a little different… ありがとう @HondaRacingF1”
This set to be a tribute for their partners Honda who will exit the F1 world after the 2021 season. Earlier this race was supposed to be held in Japan which would have been Honda’s last home race. However, it was cancelled and shifted to Turkey.
The cars will feature white livery inspired by Honda RA 272 car, which also was the first Japanese car ever to win a F1 race. This will also be a one-off livery meaning it will only be used at the Turkish GP and not after it.
The Red Bull team will look to pay tribute to Honda in style by winning the upcoming Turkish GP.
