Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton are former team-mates having driven together for Mercedes F1 team from 2017-2021

Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas may no longer be driving for the same team but they never fail to give us team-mate goals.

Bottas and Hamilton drove for Mercedes together during the team’s incredible run from 2017-2021, which saw them win the Constructors’ Championship in all of those five seasons. While Hamilton still drives for Mercedes and Bottas has moved on to Alfa Romeo, they still remain very close friends.

Bottas shared a picture on Instagram from last week’s Bahrain GP where Hamilton can be seen staring at him with a smile on his face. “Find someone who looks at you the way Lewis looks at me” – Bottas’ humourous caption has certainly drawn the attention of fans and got them drooling over the duo once again.

Both Bottas and Hamilton had a decent outing at the Bahrain GP last weekend but there’s a lot of room for improvement – Hamilton finished P5 while Bottas finished P8.
