AlphaTauri have confirmed the name of their new car which is set to be unveiled in New York City
AlphaTauri F1 team are scheduled to unveil their 2023 F1 car on February 11 in New York City. They have become the third F1 team after Aston Martin and Ferrari to officially reveal the date of the presentation of their new car. AlphaTauri has named their car ‘AT04’ and will hit the streets for test sessions soon after its unveiling in the United States.
AlphaTauri took to social media to make their official announcement about the car unveiling date, “mark your diaries. the AT04 will break cover in New York City”, they wrote on Twitter. Aston Martin is set to unveil their car on February 13, followed by Ferrari on February 14 but AlphaTauri has beaten both with an early unveiling date of February 11.
The AlphaTauri drivers Yuki Tsunoda and Nyck de Vries will get a hands-on experience with the car soon after it is unveiled. The team will be hoping that the latest version turns out to be a much better than the AT03 last season and helps them achieve their objectives for the season.

Another fan explained: “New York City and February 11th are not random choices for the launch of the #AT04. The date chosen is during New York Fashion Week. Fashion and racing go hand in hand so I’d expect to see this launch as part of NYFW festivities (maybe even an AT showing).”
