Ferrari are set to have a fresh start in the 2023 season under new team Principal Frederic Vasseur – when is their car reveal?

Ferrari F1 team are scheduled to unveil their 2023 F1 car on February 14, at Imola. The Scuderia have been the second F1 team after Aston Martin to officially reveal the date of the presentation of their new car. Reports suggest that the new Ferrari car will be unveiled and then will immediately hit the track, similar to what was done with the F1-75 last year.

Ferrari have also kept a separate day for filming but the date hasn’t been confirmed yet. As things stand, Aston Martin will unveil their car on February 13, followed by Ferrari on February 14. According to initial reports, Ferrari have named their latest car as F1-675. The striking difference that it should have from the previous version is with respect to the body and we can expect different volumes compared to the F1-75, in favour of a lower drag.

New Ferrari Boss Frederic Vasseur will have the final say before the car’s unveiling

Frederic Vasseur will give the final nod of approval before the new car is unveiled. Vasseur will officially replace Mattia Binotto as the Team Principal of Ferrari F1 team from 2023 season onwards, having left Alfa Romeo to join the Scuderia. He will be operational in his new role from the first week of January.
