There are lots of celebrations in the history of FIFA. There are some new FIFA 23 celebrations and we are going to talk about them.
Playing FIFA games is always fun not just because you win or lose but because of the small details that the game provides us. One of them is the celebrations. The ability to celebrate goals with dances or gestures is a fun aspect of FIFA, and EA Sports has added additional celebrations for FIFA 23. FIFA 23 Celebrations
‘The Gamer’ – Diogo Jota
As part of FIFA 23, Diogo Jota has introduced a new celebration he usually performs after scoring a goal. As if he were holding a controller and playing a video game, the Portuguese forward celebrates by sitting down, crossed-legged. This celebration is called ‘The Gamer’.
‘The Flip’ – Sam Kerr
As one of FIFA 23’s cover stars, Sam Kerr will have her own celebration. The Australian international is famous for her backflips, so now gamers can try it out as well.
‘The Eye of the Tiger’ – Christian Pulisic
In addition to ‘The Eye of the Tiger’ celebration, Pulisic is known for being an innovator when it comes to celebrations. The USMNT footballer would stand up after scoring a goal by covering his eyes with his left arm which has a tiger tattoo on it. This Tiger eyes stand out, giving the celebration a sense of intimidation.
‘Low Five & Flex’ – Roberto Firmino
There is a popular celebration between Liverpool fans and Robert Firmino known as the ‘Low Five and Flex’. Firmino and his teammate go low-fiving and then flexing their biceps both at the same time.
‘The Griddy’ – Christian Pulisic & Anthony Elanga
Christian Pulisic first executed it in a match last season after scoring against Lille in the Champions League. Anthony Elanga also executed it after scoring in the Premier League. In this dance, you hop on your heels while holding your hands to your eyes and showing an ‘OK’. You repeat this motion while swinging your arms back and forth.
