Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth New Game Plus mode is here but it is not what you think it is. Here’s all you need to know about it.

New Game Plus mode is very common in video games nowadays. Essentially it is one way to beat the game in the hardest difficulty possible. Not only that, but this game mode is also only unlocked once players beat the full game on any difficulty.

Many video games have a feature called New Game Plus (NG+) that lets players restart a game after finishing the main plot or hitting a particular milestone and keeps some of their previous playthrough’s progress, items, and abilities. In essence, it gives players a second chance to play the game with different obstacles or benefits.

Depending on the game, different details about what is carried over from the prior session may apply. Players occasionally keep their character’s level, unlocked skills, and inventory items. In other situations, the game’s features like tougher opponents or fewer resources might get harder. In the case of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth New Game Plus, there is technically no option to start a New game Plus mode but it is still accessible via different methods

All you need to do to access Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth new game plus is to complete the main plot and save your game after the credits have rolled. You will then be in new game plus mode after loading your cleaned game save file from the main menu. You’ll be able to relive the full narrative and gain some advantages from your initial playthrough by doing this.

Restarting your adventure using New Game Plus is a feature included in many open world role-playing games. Frequently, the entire game is reset, allowing you to restart from the beginning with all of your gear, experience, and abilities intact. Even though Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth lacks the conventional New Game Plus feature, you can still carry on with your story. Not sure why the developers opted this method instead of giving an easy option to directly access the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth New game plus mode. Either way, this option is still available for players who want to experience the whole game with all their unlocks.
