Square Enix has finally confirmed the FINAL FANTASY XIV Dawntrail release date. This is the much-anticipated next expansion for the famous MMORPG.  With a huge new region to explore, an interesting story, and fun new game features, this expansion looks like it will be the start of a new era for the game.

FINAL FANTASY XIV Dawntrail Release Date

The release date of FINAL FANTASY XIV Dawntrail is on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024. This marks the official release date when all players will be able to dive into the expansion’s content.

Dive in Early with Pre-Order Bonuses

Want to get Dawntrail as soon as possible?  Adventurers who pre-order the update will be the only ones who can play Dawntrail before it comes out officially. The pre-orders will start on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 9:00 AM PDT.  Pre-orders will begin on the same day at 9:00 AM PDT, but the times for Steam users will be a little different.

Pre-Order Bonuses: Boost Your Journey with Exclusive Items

When you pre-order FINAL FANTASY XIV Dawntrail, you get more than just early access.  You’ll also get some cool in-game items that will make your adventures in the new expansion better if you pre-order. Here is a list of the pre-order bonuses:

• Wind-up Zidane Minion: Summon a miniature version of Zidane Tribal, the charismatic protagonist from FINAL FANTASY IX, to follow you on your journey.
• Azeyma’s Earrings: This stylish accessory not only grants a touch of flair to your character, but also provides a helpful boost in EXP gain for defeating enemies. This bonus is particularly useful for characters up to level 90.

Early Access Details:  Unlock Dawntrail Before Launch

You can play Dawntrail before anyone else during the Early Access time if you pre-order it. Early Access will start on Friday, June 28, 2024, at 2:00 AM PDT.  Make sure you follow the steps that came with your pre-order to redeem your bonus codes so that you can get in on Early Access.

Important Note: Early Access Requirements

It’s important to remember that Early Access isn’t available to everyone. To participate, you’ll need to meet specific requirements:

• You must be actively playing FINAL FANTASY XIV: Endwalker, the current expansion.
• Your character must have completed specific in-game quests. Square Enix will release more details about these quests closer to the Early Access launch date.
