‘For the city’- LeBron James shares incredible backroom footage from Drew League

LeBron James’ return after more than ten years astounded the Drew League. Together with Chicago Bulls All-Star DeMar DeRozan, the LA Lakers great played for the MMV Cheaters.

The four-time NBA MVP was getting ready in the locker room while supporters waited for “King James” to emerge. LeBron James recorded himself getting ready for the match against the Black Pearl Elite and posted it on Instagram. ”Get a little warmed up first, then get moving and do some light hopping. I’m going to turn that motherf****r on after I see how I feel. I’m not here to squander anyone’s time.” he was head saying.

The footage showed James getting ready, stretching, and doing pushups before walking onto the court to roaring applause. For many others who hadn’t had the opportunity to see the 18-time All-Star in person, it was a bizarre occasion.

The four-time NBA champion wasted no time in providing the audience with what they had come to see. James put on a fantastic effort, scoring 42 points, pulling down 16 rebounds, four steals, and three assists.

Magic Johnson, a former LA Lakers player, was aware of the significance of James’ presence and praised his dedication to the fans:
