Eugenie Bouchard has accepted dates on social media in the past and Robbie Farah tried his luck
Former Rugby League star Robbie Farah tried to set up a date with Canadian tennis player Eugenie Bouchard via Twitter.
Bouchard and Farah were both at the recently held Super Bowl game, and the Canadian has a history of dating from that event.
Three years back, she went out with John Goehrke after losing a bet on a Super Bowl game.
Bouchard and Goehrke, a fan, had a few more dates and they were the guests at another Super Bowl game too.
That was a sweet gesture from Bouchard, but Farah’s tweets were a little creepy, to say the least.
The first one was still fine as he asked her out for a date, but the second one was downright poor.
@geniebouchard surely you’re having a drink with me in Miami! 😘

@geniebouchard if I rub you do I get 3 wishes?

Many fans lashed out at Farah for the second tweet and asked him to be a little respectful on Twitter.
However, the former Rugby star did provide an update after the Super Bowl.
Farah Photoshops face with Bouchard
Bouchard has reached one Grand Slam final, which was in 2014, but she lost that Wimbledon clash.
The 25-year-old has struggled for form for a while and failed to make the Australian Open main draw too.
The Canadian didn’t respond to any of the tweets from Farah, but the Rugby man did have a hilarious update.
Lovely meeting you @geniebouchard. Til next time. pic.twitter.com/Z0RJ6yBdCJ

He posted a Photoshopped image of himself with Bouchard and claimed they would meet again later.
Bouchard was at the Super Bowl and so was Farah, but the tennis ace hasn’t spoken about this possible meeting, and her last updates were from the game.
