Here is everything you need to about the Fortnite x Coachella Event. We have some new skins that even react to music!

Fortnite has worked with a variety of celebrities, iconic personalities, and brands, but it has never worked with a music festival. Coachella skins will be added to Fortnite to commemorate this year’s festival.

Coachella is perhaps the world’s largest music festival, including performances from a wide range of genres, but it has historically leaned more toward rock. The week-long festival often draws over 100,000 people to California each day, and it is widely regarded as one of the year’s most glamorous events.

Fortnite and Concerts

The collaboration with Coachella builds on previous efforts by the game developer to include music in its game. In 2019, Fortnite held its first virtual concert, which featured Marshmello. Fortnite has continued to act as a digital venue since then, and it has shown to be popular: Travis Scott’s April 2020 event was viewed by 12.3 million players, according to Epic Games. Ariana Grande performed on the Rift Tour last year.
