A new event has been announced by Fortnite. The finale of Chapter 3, season 2 is coming closer and the game has a new event for the players to play. The officials have announced that the Fortnite Collision event will take place on Saturday, June 4 at 4 PM ET. It will feature the Doomsday Device on the map and there are many more things about the event that you should know. In this guide, we will tell you everything about the Fortnite Collision Event.
It is advised to stay online before 30 mins of the beginning of the event. When you log in on June 4, you will get an exclusive loading screen and lobby track. Additionally, before the event starts, there will be Mech Weapons Team Outfits for sale. You can buy these outfits from the store.
You will have to complete the incomplete events before you start the Fortnite Collision Event. Furthermore, you will have to complete the Prowler’s quest, and gather all the remaining Omni chips and battle stars. With the Omni chips, you will unlock variants of the Omni Sword pickaxe.
If any Battle Stars are unused, they will automatically be redeemed for the earliest rewards, however, Omni Chips left over after the season ends will be lost. All season-long quests and rewards, including Golden Touch Quest Pack, will carry over to the following season.
Additionally, the publisher is promoting a special “Bargain Bin Week” next week, which will offer huge discounts on character services and exotic item trades for the remaining Bars. It is said that the Fortnite Collision event has something to do with the moon, but it is not clear how that relates to the battle with IO or the return of the mech. But since we are not certain what the event will entail, it is difficult to predict everything.
