The Choppa helicopter has returned to Fortnite, and here are all the locations where players can find one to help them win.
The Choppa is one of Fortnite’s few flying vehicles and a fan favorite. It helps players to quickly rotate to the next circle while averting any on-foot fights. It was also a terrific way to win if you could make it to the last circle in one. The Choppa, on the other hand, is no longer the invincible monster it once was, thanks to the update requiring all vehicles to use gas.
The Choppa Helicopter has returned, and here’s where you can find it in Fortnite Season 2.
Choppas has returned to Fortnite with update v20.30. Or, at the very least, funding stations for Choppas have returned. Choppas will appear if players donate gold bars. That being said, Choppas will become in-game permanent once their funding target is attained. But where can players locate funding stations, and where will the Choppas appear?
Choppa funding stations will appear at each of the Seven Outpost landmarks. There are now six Outposts scattered over the Island. When players fully fund a station, a Choppa will spawn at that Outpost.
Once you’ve arrived at one of these locations, finding the Choppa will be a breeze. Because there are only so many Choppas on the map, other players have same idea as you and want to get their hands on one.
Choppa is a five-passenger vehicle with a single driver. It has 1500 HP and no artillery, but you can use weapons. It also has a loudspeaker playing Richard Vagner’s Ride of the Valkyries. When the helicopter loses all of its power or runs out of fuel, it crashes and explodes, injuring the passengers.
When the Choppa is tumbling, the pilot can still move in any horizontal position. Because they lack the anti-fall damage effects of a Bouncer or Shockwave Grenade, the player will take normal fall damage while exiting the vehicle.
Seven Outposts were once present, but Outpost VI was destroyed by the IO at the start of Season 2. You won’t have to worry about NPCs attacking you while you try to take their Choppa because these outposts are friendly territory.
