Fortnite and Metallica collaboration will take place after June 10, 2024 and it will coincide with the season’s first patch update. Sources also suggest the Metallic x Fortnite crossover event will be live once the Fortnite Festival season starts. This will be another exciting musical fest in Fortnite.
Metallica collaboration will be added to the Fortnite Festival mode. Since the Rust skin launched, the collaboration of Fortnite and Metallica has been the trending topic among fans. Fortnite Festival Season 4 pass will add Metallica event and classic songs launched by the heavy metal band.
The Fortnite battle royale mode will also feature the Metallica collaboration and players can purchase skins and cosmetics of the Metallica band from the in-game item shop. The Fuel song from Metallica was featured in the Fortnite glimpse and expectations are already higher for this musical collaboration. Epic Games will reveal more updates about the Metallica collab in the coming days.
As of now, Epic Games hasn’t revealed the date for the musical collaboration. Fortnite and Metallica will go live in the mid of June 2024 for the Battle Royale mode. The event will also be available for the Fortnite Festival Season 4.
There’s no update on the Metallica Fortnite skins and prices from the team of Epic Games. Main members of the band including James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich will get their Fortnite skins as per the leaks. There will also be Metallica cosmetics and avatars in the Fortnite item shop.
