The French man signed a professional contract with SIG Strasbourg in the year 2015. The point guard made his professional-level debut even before signing the contract with SIG, against Boulogne-sur-Mer in a French LNB Pro A 2014 – 15 season. The 2015 – 16 Pro A season is one of the best in his early career as he was named the Best Young Player of the league. He averaged scoring 1.2 points per game in that season. He played a vital part in the Strasbourg team by appearing in 45 games.
After his brilliant records, the Frenchman was drafted by New York Knicks in the 1st round of the 2017 NBA draft. During the draft night, there was speculation that Dallas Mavericks were interested in drafting Frank into their squad as they were looking for a point guard.
