Manchester United succumbed to yet another embarrassing defeat at the hands of Nuno Espirito Santo’s Wolves side, who ran riot on the United defence in the 2nd period with some excellent play.
Despite getting an early goal through unlikely source Scott McTominay, they conceded two goals over two half with a crucial Ashley Young red card sandwiched in between. With the 3rd place in the offing, United weren’t able to break Wolves down and the game ended 2-1.
