WWE had Extreme Rules coming up on Sunday and the other shows had some hilarious moments and gifs leading up to the PPV
Extreme Rules was set to be a huge PPV for WWE and they had to lay down a marker on their weekly shows.
There were some horrifying clashes on the Extreme Rules card, but some moments on the regular shows also deserve additional attention.
Titles were on the line before Extreme Rules too, and here are some of the best gifs and blowout moments from the previous week in WWE.
1) The EST of WWE is back
Bianca Belair made a huge splash on Raw but went missing for a while. However, it was great to see her back and she made a big impact again.
The EST of WWE was teamed up with Ruby Riott against the IIconics, and she had time to show off her impressive abilities.
😙 😉 She's BAAAAAAAAAACK.#WWERaw @BiancaBelairWWE pic.twitter.com/RZnma2q8jw

Belair returning to Raw is great and hopefully, WWE find the right story for her. She teaming up with Riott doesn’t make a lot of sense, but at least, we got to see her on TV.
2) Finally some teamwork
Angel Garza and Andrade were finally on the same page on Raw this week. The pair have had their problems recently and there were rumours of them splitting up.
However, Andrade did a lot of great work this week as he saved his rival from a couple of nasty bumps.

The pair should have the WWE Raw tag team titles on their minds, and they have the capability to become champions too.
All they have to do is work together and not lose their cool in the middle of the match.
3) KO-Kai canon
Io Shirai has a new rival after she defeated Tegan Nox and kept the NXT Women’s title. The Japanese star has put in some tremendous performances since winning the crown, but was attacked by Dakota Kai right after the win.

That kick looked gruesome, to be honest, but it was a perfect reminder of how deadly Kai can be. Kai vs Shirai could be the next rivalry, and it will be interesting to see how this develops.
4) Life imitates art
Matt Riddle vs AJ Styles was the main event of SmackDown as the Intercontinental title was on the line.
Riddle has been able to get into the head of Styles and even beat him on his SmackDown debut. The Original Bro certainly looked in great touch and frustrated Styles.
However, one fun moment came when he decided to imitate Styles outside the ring.

It didn’t work out for Riddle, in the end, but he still gave Styles a run for his money.
5) No respect for you
The rivalry between Styles and Riddle seems set to grow after what took place after their match.
Styles offered his hand to Riddle as a mark of respect. However, this was just a sly move to allow Baron Corbin into the mix.
Respect? Apparently, not yet.#SmackDown #ICTitle @AJStylesOrg @BaronCorbinWWE @SuperKingofBros pic.twitter.com/GxIEo7aU2X

The King attacked Riddle and laid him out, which should be the next rivalry for the Bro. Styles vs Riddle will take place sometime in the future, and this incident will certainly be etched in Riddle’s mid.
