At Medved International in Belarus, Steveson won the silver medal. He followed it up with a gold at 2019 Bill Farrell Memorial beating Bradley, yet again, this time in the final.
Steveson won the 2020 US World Team Trials, this time beating Gwiazdowski in the final.
He ran through his opponents at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, which included victories over Taha Akgul and Aiaal Lazarev.
In the finals, he was a bit shaky, but Steveson still managed to win the Gold medal at the 125kg men’s freestyle event.
