Several leaks of the Genshin Impact 2.5 beta have been released by dataminers. Everything that could be included in the upcoming 2.5 update is listed below.
A closed beta program for Genshin Impact version 2.5 was already started, giving selected players a sneak peek at some of the update’s contents, and Genshin Impact beta program leaks about the future update have also surfaced online. Among the revealed features are a character Banner, a new weekly boss, and several Quality-of-Life changes.
Genshin Impact leaks have been common since the initial release. Despite the fact that developer miHoYo has taken substantial steps to avoid future leaks, such as closing down leak websites, dataminers cannot be easily stopped due to the quick spread of information online.
While leaks may be detrimental to the game because they reveal a considerable amount of content, some believe that Genshin Impact leaks are beneficial because they increase anticipation for new content. Leaks from the closed beta or elsewhere, however, are always subject to change in the final release.
Because version 2.4 is still in its early stages, the Genshin Impact 2.5 update will be a few weeks away. Nonetheless, previous leaks have already given us a taste of some of the 2.5 update’s potential features.
Genshin Impact 2.5 Leaks – New Character Banners
Since her debut, Yae Miko, the head priest of Inazuma’s Grand Narukami Shrine, has been one of the most eagerly awaited playable characters in Genshin Impact. Despite the fact that Genshin Impact has not stated when the character would be released, several gamers believe it will be on the 2.5 update. According to rumors, Yae Miko from Genshin Impact is a 5-star character with Electro vision.
Sangonomiya Kokomi’s rerun Banner will run alongside Yae Miko’s character Banner during the 2.5 update’s early phase, according to leaks, because Genshin Impact is now running 5-star character Banners consecutively. Meanwhile, Raiden Shogun and Kaedehara Kazuha’s rerun Banner are said to be part of the Genshin Impact version 2.5’s later phase. Despite this, Genshin Impact has yet to confirm rumors about the upcoming character Banners.
Genshin Impact 2.5 Leaks – Raiden Shogun Weekly Boss
Raiden Shogun will be the next weekly boss in Genshin Impact version 2.5, according to leaks. Players will be able to take on the Electro Archon and receive a variety of Ascension materials as a result of their efforts. The Genshin Impact Raiden Shogun weekly boss, according to the sources, will feature a more stunning character design than her playable character form.
Genshin Impact 2.5 Leaks – Shadowy Husks
UBatcha, a well-known Genshin Impact leaker, posted the following on social media on the changes made during the 2.5 Beta:
Shadow Husks Nerfs – When a husk hits a player with a shield, they now lose HP (this does not happen if the shield breaks). The Pyro Husks’ Shield now drains rapidly over time, and the shield has been nerfed as well. The amount of healing received by the hydro husk has been reduced.
Hydro Husks – When one of its attacks hits a shield-protected character, it will spend a portion of its own HP to create healing ripples that recover HP for both it and the Husks around.
This healing effect can be stacked indefinitely.
Pyro Husks – When its attacks hit a shield-protected character, it will give up a percentage of its HP to transform its weapon stance to a shield that protects against damage and enhances its attack for a certain length of time.
Attack buffs can be piled up to three times.
Cryo Husks – It sacrifices a portion of its HP and generates a shield for itself and nearby husks when its assault hits a character who is shielded.
Genshin Impact 2.5 Leaks – Quality of Life changes
According to sources, quality of life improvements like Artifacts inventory upgrades, new audio options, and minor weapon inventory modifications would be included in Genshin Impact’s 2.5 update. In the 2.5 update, players can now categorize artifacts based on two qualities, according to Genshin Impact dataminer. The artifact filtering option will include an Artifact icon in addition to the Artifact’s name to make it easier to recognize each Artifact. In addition, the Artifact inventory will include two additional columns to save scrolling time.
Genshin Impact 2.5 leaks – New Events and Quests
Version 2.5 introduces plenty of new Genshin Impact quests and events. Some of the events that may be included in the 2.5 update have been revealed by dataminers, including the Mixing Drinks event and On the Pulse: Archery Game event. Players will take on the role of a bartender in the Mixing Drinks event, and will participate in an updated version of the drink-mixing feature from the Diona’s Hangout event. The On the Pulse: Archery Game event allows participants to participate in a rerun of the Bullseye Balloons challenge from the Windblume Festival. In this 2.5 event, participants must use any bow character to hit balloon targets.
