Genshin Impact 2.8 and 3.0
It’s normal for Genshin Impact content to arrive once every six weeks. The timing of Version 2.7 was disrupted recently, though, with the smaller update arriving much later than planned and players receiving compensation. However, it’s not expected that Version 2.8 will have a delay, so that bodes well for Version 3.0. As part of the 2.8 update, new skins for Diluc and Fischl will be added, as well as the Golden Apple Archipelago. It releases a new update every six weeks and Genshin Impact 2.8 goes live on July 13, so Genshin Impact 3.0 would arrive six weeks later.

In patch 3.0, a brand new region known as Sumeru in the mystical world of Teyvat is going to be introduced to players. The addition of Dendro will also bring a slew of new characters in the form of Baizhu, Yaoyao, and many more. The current data mining of the game files suggests that one of the upcoming characters in 3.0 will be the bow wielder, Collei.
