Xinyan is a 4-star Pyro Claymore user un Genshin Impact. She is a fan of Rock n Roll music and performs throughout Liyue Harbour. She has started getting a dedicated fan following despite the fact that Rock n Roll type of music is not popular in Liyue. Xinyan is a great support character that you can get for free in the latest Labyrinth Warriors Event. You can get a free Xinyan or her constellation if you collect 1000 Aged Tokens during the event.

Xinyan can be a physical DPS or a Support character. Our recommendation is that she should be used as a supporting character since there are many other strong DPS characters. Strengths

• Can provide Shields and Physical DMG Boost.
• Elemental Skill and Burst deal a combination of Physical and Pyro DMG.

Weaknesses

• Must hit multiple enemies to maximize Pyro DMG on her Elemental Skill

Xinyan Abilities

Dance on Fire (Normal Attack)

• Normal Attack – Performs up to 4 consecutive strikes.
• Charged Attack – Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby enemies. At the end of the sequence, perform a more powerful slash
• Plunging Attack – Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground, damaging enemies along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Sweeping Fervor (Elemental Skill)

Xinyan brandishes her instrument, dealing Pyro DMG on nearby enemies, forming a shield made out of her audience’s passion. The shield’s DMG Absorption scales based on Xinyan’s DEF and on the number of enemies hit.

• Hitting 0-1 enemies grants Shield Level 1: Ad Lib.
• Hitting 2 enemies grants Shield Level 2: Lead-In.
• Hitting 3 or more enemies grants Shield Level 3: Rave, which will also deal intermittent Pyro DMG to nearby enemies.

The shield has the following special properties:

• When unleashed, it infuses Xinyan with Pyro.
• It has 250% DMG Absorption effectiveness against Pyro DMG.

Riff Revolution (Elemental Burst)

Strumming rapidly, Xinyan launches nearby enemies and deals Physical DMG to them, hyping up the crowd. The sheer intensity of the atmosphere will cause explosions that deal Pyro DMG to nearby enemies.

1. The Unforged

Base Attack: 46

Bonus Effect: ATK 10.8% 

Skill Effect – Increases Shield Strength by 20%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.

2. Snow-Tombed Starsilver

Base Attack: 44

Bonus Effect: Physical DMG Bonus + 7.5%

Skil Effect – Hitting an enemy with Normal and Charged Attacks has a 60% chance of forming and dropping an Everfrost Icicle abve them, dealing 80% AoE ATK DMG. Enemies affected by Cryo are dealt 200% ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 10s.

3. Skyward Pride

Base Attack: 48

Bonus Effect: Energy Recharge 8% 

Skill Effect – Increases all DMG by 8%. After using an Elemental Burst, Normal, or Charged Attack, on hit, creates a vacuum blade that does 80% of ATK as DMG to enemies along its path. Lasts for 20s or 8 vacuum blades.

4. Sacrificial Greatsword

Base Attack: 44

Bonus Effect: Energy Recharge 6.7% 

Skill Effect – After damaging an opponent with an Elemental Skill, the skill has a 40% chance to end its own CD. Can only occur once every 30s.

Xinyan Best Artifacts Build

1. Bloodstained Chivalry

• Physical DMG +25%
• After defeating an opponent, increases Charged Attack DMG by 50% and reduces its Stamina cost to 0 for 10s.

2. Noblesse Oblige

• Elemental Burst DMG +20%.
• Using an Elemental Burst increases all party members’ ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.

3. Emblem of Severed Fate

• Energy Recharge +20%.
• Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 25% of Energy Recharge. A maximum of 75% bonus DMG can be obtained in this way.

Xinyan Passive Talents

A Rad Recipe (Unlocked Automatically)

When a Perfect Cooking is achieved on an DEF-boosting dish, Xinyan has a 12% chance to obtain double the product.

“The Show Goes On, Even Without an Audience…” (Unlocked at Ascension 1)

Decreases the number of enemies Sweeping Fervor must hit to trigger each level of shielding.

• Shield Level 2: Lead-In requirement reduced to 1 enemy hit.
• Shield Level 3: Rave requirement reduced to 2 enemies hit or more.

“…Now That’s Rock ‘N’ Roll!” (Unlocked at Ascension 4)

Characters shielded by Sweeping Fervor deal 15% increased Physical DMG.

Xinyan Constellations

1. Fatal Acceleration (Constellation 1)

Upon scoring a CRIT hit, increases ATK SPD of Xinyan’s Normal and Charged Attacks by 12% for 5s. Can only occur once every 5s.

2. Impromptu Opening (Constellation 2)

Riff Revolution Physical DMG has its Crit rate increased by 100%, and will form a shield at Shield Level 3: Rave when cast.

3. Double-Stop (Constellation 3)

• Increases the Level of Sweeping Fervor by 3.
• Maximum upgrade level is 15.

4. Wildfire Rhythm (Constellation 4)

Sweeping Fervor’s swing DMG decrease opponents Physical RES by 15% for 12s.

5. Screamin’ for an Encore (Constellation 5)

• Increases the Level of Riff Revolution by 3.
• Maximum upgrade level is 15.

6. Rockin’ in a Flaming World (Constellation 6)

Decrease the stamina consumption of Xinyan Charged Attacks by 30%. Additionally, Xinyan Charged Attack gain an ATK bonus equal to 50% of her DEF.

Xinyan can work extremely well with other Pyro characters as the team gets a 25% attack bonus due to Pyro resonance. Her synergy with Diona and Tartaglia/ Childe is almost godlike with constant Melt and Vaporize reactions. Xinyan works best if her Constellation 2 and Constellation 4 are unlocked.
