The Goddess of Victory Nikke Noir is Light Bunny Blanc’s real older sister. Blanc always takes care of her, even though they look different. She is shy, but she isn’t afraid to say what she wants. Noir is a Burst III Attacker whose main goal is to make her friends stronger. She also works well with Blanc, which makes her boosting power even greater.
Her first skill is very easy, but it’s very powerful. Goddess of Victory Nikke Noir will “share” some of her ATK with all of her friends as long as her HP stays above 70%. This is not an ATK boost that grows with the target’s ATK; instead, it grows with Noir’s ATK. This means that giving her OL ATK gear can make the DPS of everyone in the party much higher.

This is a pretty good team buff that is easy to keep up during the whole fight, especially when paired with Blanc. Keep in mind that it’s based on HER OWN ATK, so OL’s on her, especially helmet and gloves, would help the team and the ATK boost they would get from this skill.
Note: Overload ATK rolls only raise her base numbers that aren’t buffed; they don’t increase her ATK buffs. This is because OL rolls aren’t seen as buffs.
Skill 2: Rabbit Twins W
Activates when entering Full Burst. Affects all allies.
Max Ammunition Capacity 5 rounds for 10 sec.
Reload 39.88% of magazines.
A good skill that increases the amount of time DMG stays up during Full burst, especially on MG units like the Modernia and Shotgun units. Most of the damage done by each team will also happen in full burst. At first look, this skill seems average, but it has a big effect on the total damage done to targets.
When you reload the magazine, it only affects post-OL and post-max ammo (liter, Drake, and Sugar), not the base. In this case, if Scarlet runs out of ammo and Overload’s maximum ammo capacity is 60, a 33% mag reload from Noir will give her 20 ammo back.
Keep in mind that Goddess of Victory Nikke Noir would like to be in position five because “Activate when entering Full burst” is based on position. It doesn’t matter how close Noir’s position is to theirs if more units give max ammo buffs (Sugar), they will get less returned ammo because Goddess of Victory Nikke Noir refunded that ammo before they used their own max ammo buffs. Places are based on going from left to right.
Burst: Finale
Targets all enemies, inflicting 351.64% of ATK as damage. Targets all allies with a Shotgun, providing a 13.93% Hit Rate for 10 seconds and dealing 23.23% damage to the interruption part for the same duration. Triggered upon the conclusion of a Full Burst with a squad ally present on the battlefield, it affects all allies with an 11.61% Hit Rate and 19.36% damage to the interruption part for 30 seconds.
Her burst is very good at stopping units with tanky interruption parts, like Grave Digger SII, Land Eater Tribe Tower + Hard Campaign, and Union Raid 3 Nihilister if she gets a second chance. It not only makes it easier to break the circle, but it also makes the damage you do more if the interruption parts meet with the explosion. If the circles don’t meet, it’s clear that no damage was done because the person was hitting nothing.

Best Tips for Goddess of Victory Nikke Noir
Campaign
Goddess of Victory Nikke Noir can do pretty well in campaign mode with her AoE screen wipe, and when Blanc joins the team, she can increase the Hit Rate of everyone for a long time after her burst. She also has an increased Hit Rate for herself (mostly for shotgun users), so she won’t miss many pellets in mid-range combat. To help AR units like Scarlet, Brid, Snow White, and Julia, whose shots often miss from far away, her team-wide Hit rate buff can be helpful. This is because core hits are hard to hit from mid-range. Goddess of Victory Nikke Noir can help with that a little.
She does decent in Campaign, but when paired with Blanc, they can do a lot of damage in a short amount of time against waves of bosses thanks to Blanc’s burst, which increases hit rate and ATK and lowers damage taken. This works great for Maxwell and Alice teams. Other teams, like the standard Scarlet and Modernia team, would also work, but the ones that were already named would be the most useful.
Arena
Goddess of Victory Nikke Noir can make a lot of bursts because it is a tri-clip shotgun unit. She works well with full shotgun teams like Pepper, Viper/Poli/Guilty, Noir, Drake, and Sugar. She often hits a unit hard before she can fully burst, since all of her guns work the same way against that unit or position. (Because of how the arena works, all weapons of the same type will target the same unit.) Also, this team has pretty high burst gen, so popping first won’t be a problem most of the time.
