Goddess of Victory Nikke Special Interception is a unique mode where players face challenging bosses to earn valuable rewards.

The mode known as “Interception” requires you to attack a boss in order to get rewards that are proportional to the amount of damage you deal. When you initially begin the Campaign, you will only have access to a single boss. To unlock the other bosses, which are more difficult to defeat but provide more valuable prizes, you will need to make more progress in the Campaign.

There is a daily boss combat mode called The Interception, and it rewards players with equipment and supplies to enhance their equipment. Every single day, there are only three entries available. Going into an Interception fight and then leaving it will result in the loss of an attempt. It is important to note that retrying from the pause screen or forcing the game to close will not count as losing an attempt.

Now, you might be wondering what is Nikke Special Interception. Well, in this complete Nikke Special Interception guide, we are going to explain you everything about the Interception in the game from the start so that you are well aware of everything. Think of this as Goddess of Victory Nikke Special Interception wiki.

How to unlock Incterception mode in Goddess of Victory Nikke

With the completion of Stages 3-9, you will be able to access this mode, which serves as the main source of equipment in NIKKE.

Bosses

Currently there are in total 3 bosses available in the Interception mode.

Alteisen MK.VI

The boss was in the Coop event, so if you played the CBT, you should already know what it looks like. Now that you can play the game, you will fight this boss right away.

Gravedigger

After beating stages 9–15, you’ll be able to fight this boss. With characters that aren’t Shotgun, it’s really hard to hit all the red squares on this boss. Shotgun teams do really well.

Special

After beating stages 16–28, you’ll be able to fight the Special boss in the Nikke Special Interception. Unlike the last two bosses, who don’t change, this boss changes every day.

Common Individual Intercepts

Interception D: Alteisen MK.VI unlocks after clearing the 3-9 Campaigns.

Interception S: Grave Digger unlocks after clearing 9-15 Campaign.

Special Individual Intercepts

Once you finish the 16–28 Campaign, you can use Special Individual Interception (Nikke Special Interception).

Five different bosses are available in SP Interception. Every day, these bosses switch places in this order: It goes from Alteisen Mk>VI to Grave Digger to Blacksmith to Chatterbox to Modernia. Like in EX rounds, your level is always 200 in SP Interception, but your skill levels are never 10. That is, your strength is based on your skill level, your equipment level, your bond level, your recycle room level, your harmony cubes, your limit breaks, and your cores.

You should aim for stages 5+ and 7+. Stage 5+ has a chance of giving you T9 equipment on the bonus drop, and stage 7+ gives you a chance of getting both T9 equipment on the normal drop and T9 maker equipment on the bonus drop. A full clear of Stage 9 is still the best thing that can happen because the chance of an extra drop goes up to 80% and there is also a chance of a custom module drop. To move up to Overload (T10) equipment and re-roll sub-stats, you need T9 maker equipment and special modules. Still, the SP Interception rewards are better than the Interception S awards at stage 9.

As long as you spend enough money, you can beat all bosses except Alteisen (stage 9). It’s not likely that you’ll be able to fully clear or get to higher rounds on your first few tries. You will be able to fully clear SP Interception once you have enough higher-tier gear from lower-stage games.

Goddess of Victory Nikke Special Interception Team Composition

Blacksmith

In Goddess of Victory Nikke Special Interception, Blacksmith is a common boss you need to defeat.  Liter’s cooldown decrease and power boosts make it stand out, and they make sure that the team stays strong in battle. Centi is a great choice for the front lines because she adds burst output and durability.

Modernia and Scarlet bring their wave-clearing and damage-dealing skills, which successfully get rid of threats and keep the attack going. Rapunzel, who looks a lot like a key support unit, gives the team strength and health that they need to get through tough situations.

But this team’s real strength comes from how well Rapunzel and Liter work together. Rapunzel’s healing skill works well with Liter’s cover-repairing skill. They work well together to make a strong pair that can protect your team from even Blacksmith’s constant machine gun attack. They are a major threat in the game.

2. Grave Digger

Grave digger is another Nikke Special Interception. Gravedigger is a tough enemy, and the individuals you choose and how they work can make or break your chances of winning. Liter is clearly the better choice when it comes to Burst 1 buffers because it gives a big ATK boost, which is a huge edge over Volume’s average crit boost. For Burst 2, Guilty, Viper, and Rupee are at the top.

The Guilty and Viper, which are both shotguns, are great for making bursts and getting rid of those annoying red rings. Additionally, Rupee gives a good ATK boost and helps with DPS, but it is not as good at breaking circles as Viper and Guilty. The best Shotguns to use against Gravedigger are Sugar and Drake.

Sugar is especially important because it raises the maximum ammo for other Shotgun units. This means that you don’t have to reload as often when you’re dealing with those scary red rings. Drake not only does a lot of damage, but he also gives you an important ATK buff and, most importantly, a hit rate buff that you need to deal with red rings successfully.

As a Burst 3 Nikke, Modernia does a lot of damage and is great at blocking rockets. It is best to handle Modernia by hand when missiles are nearby, just like it is with Scarlet. However, Modernia does a little better than Scarlet in the Gravedigger battle.

3. Alteisen MK.VI

This is the Alteisen boss
This is the Alteisen boss

Alteisen is another Nikke Special Interception boss. We have a well-balanced team of Nikkes in this strategic group, and each one is very important. Liter, who is known for her ability to increase CDR and damage, plans our strategy and makes sure that our team works well. This adds another level of flexibility to our lineup because Rupee can both give damage buffs and deal some damage.

Noise, on the other hand, steals the show as our taunt machine, and we need to be able to handle her for this plan to work. No other Nikke can take her place because of her special skills. Scarlet takes over as our main DPS. She is great at dealing with AoE damage and clearing out enemies in phase 2.

In the second phase, Modernia strengthens our place as strong AoE wipers by adding constant AoE damage to the team. This group of people works well together and is strong enough to handle any task that comes their way.

4. Chatterbox

Chatterbox is another Nikke Special Interception boss. This strategic lineup relies on Centi to block Chatterbox’s attacks. This lets players concentrate on defeating Chatterbox’s missile bombardment. Liter and Dorothy complement each other’s skills. Liter offers CDR and a large ATK boost, making it a popular pick. Dorothy, however, maximizes the team’s damage output, especially when combined with Privaty, assuring a seamless cooldown rotation.

Vesti and Laplace are powerful hitters for this team. They hit many Chatterbox pieces, causing substantial damage. Vesti and Laplace also masterfully time their strikes to Chatterbox’s missile attacks. Modernia and Power are possible options with high DPS and missile-clearing. If these troops are unavailable, use your strongest DPS units.

A unit proficient with Chatterbox’s red circles and QTE gets the last slot. Drake excels at navigating these hurdles and creating bursts as a Shotgun unit. Sugar can replace Drake but lacks his team benefits.

5. Modernia

The final boss in Nikke Special Interception is Modernia. Dorothy does a great job onstage as Liter’s replacement. When her first talent is used during a burst, it lets the squad hit important parts more, which destroys the core faster. To be effective, Dorothy needs to work together with Privaty in an active way so that their cooldowns work together.

Blanc and Noir work together to make this scary mix. These two work together to make the best Burst 2 mix. Because they work so well together, you shouldn’t use just one. Alice and Admi are the real stars in this group. Admi is the best at helping Alice reload faster than anyone else. Alice turns into the force and quickly does a lot of damage.

Goddess of Victory Nikke Special Interception Rewards

As you fight the boss, the stage meter will slowly fill up depending on how much damage you do. Each boss has a total of 9 stages, and the prizes get better as you go through them. You can only do three tasks every day, so make the most of them to get the most prizes.

So this was everything you needed to know about the Nikke Special Interception.
