Predicted Chelsea XI to face Fulham in the Premier League
Chelsea head to relegation-threatened Fulham on Sunday after Maurizio Sarri’s men managed to bounce back from their Carabao Cup final defeat to Manchester City at the Wembley.
The Blues beat Tottenham 2-0 on Wednesday night in the Premier League, although they remained sixth on the table.
With every passing week, Fulham edge closer to relegation and come into the weekend’s game off the back of a 2-0 defeat against Southampton.

Probable Chelsea XI
Formation: 4-3-3
Manager: Maurizio Sarri
Willy Caballero (GK)
Caballero was brought into the side ahead of the much-maligned Kepa against Tottenham in midweek, and the Argentine recorded a clean sheet. The 37-year-old will start in goal again.
Cesar Azpilicueta (RB)
Azpilicueta was solid against Tottenham and will look to reproduce something similar at Craven Cottage on Sunday.
Antonio Rudiger (CB)
Rudiger has been a consistent performer at the back for the Blues, adding so much energy and physicality to the side. He is a certain starter for the weekend’s fixture.
David Luiz (CB)
The Brazilian will have to be at the top of his game to keep the burly Mitrovic at bay.
Marcos Alonso (LB)
The Spaniard did really well against Spurs and must keep his place in the starting XI at Fulham.
N’Golo Kante (RCM)
The Frenchman is a tireless worker who covers each and every blade of the grass. Kante’s energy and work-rate make him an indispensable figure for Sarri’s Chelsea.
Jorginho (CDM)
Jorginho will look to take control of the game from the first minute. His passing and game reading will be key for Chelsea at the weekend.
Mateo Kovacic (LCM)
Kovacic brings a lot of dynamism to Chelsea’s engine room. The Croat is a certain starter against the Cottagers.
Pedro (RW)
Scored a good goal in the 2-0 victory over Tottenham. Fresh from that, the Spaniard will look to guide Sarri’s Blues to another three points in the Premier League.
Eden Hazard (LW)
Hazard’s is Chelsea’s most influential player who can change the course of the game in one blink of an eye. He is a likely starter in west London.
Gonzalo Higuain (ST)
Higuain fired a blank against Tottenham but will be given another chance to prove his goal-scoring credentials. The Argentine is expected to lead the Blues’ attack.
