Don’t know which class is best in Guild Wars 2? Follow the Guild Wars 2 Class Tier List below to find out the best class.
With Guild Wars 2, players can choose from five races and eight professions when creating a character. The five races are humans, charrs, asuras, norns, and sylvaris, which are exclusive to Guild Wars 2. Five professions return from Guild Wars in the armor classes — “scholars” wear light armor, “adventurers” wear medium armor, and “soldiers” wear heavy armor.
Due to the developers’ feeling that having a healer in every party was restrictive, there is no dedicated healing class. Guild Wars 2 offers a variety of classes based on the type of combat you’re interested in playing. During the early and mid games, you’ll play a lot with nine base professions. Once you hit 80, you’ll have the option of picking an elite specialization to change the way the profession plays.
There are nine different specializations to choose from in each expansion, one for each base profession type. This gives you 36 different ways to play your character, and none of them are based on race or gender. To know which is the best class, you will need the Guild Wars 2 Class Tier List that will help you to find out the best class.

However, you can try it out from our tier list as it will definitely give you an upper hand in the game. The classes in the S tier are currently the best and it is recommended to use them first.
This does not mean that the classes in the lower tiers are weak. It might be also possible that the class in the lower tier suits you more. Therefore, try out the S tier classes first and if you feel that it is not helping you in the game, then you can go with the lower tiers.
